Chocolate Dipped Fruit Platter for a Sweet Ending

Simple yet elegant, this dessert adds a sweet and colorful final note to brunch.

Ingredients:

  • Strawberries, bananas, pineapple, and/or apple slices
  • 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
  • 1 tsp coconut oil

Instructions:

  1. Line a tray with parchment paper.

  4. Chill in the fridge for 20–30 minutes, until set.

Tip: Add sprinkles or crushed nuts before the chocolate hardens for a festive twist.

To go to the max for your special Mom, it’s important to remember that presentation goes a long way—use a table runner, fresh flowers, and mom’s favorite dishes or mugs to set the tone. You can even print a simple menu or include handwritten notes at each plate. It’s those extra little touches that show her how much you care.

Whether you cook everything yourself or get the whole family involved, the true magic of a Mother’s Day brunch is in the love and intention behind it. Food brings people together, and on a day meant to honor someone so special, there’s no better gift than quality time over a delicious, homemade meal.

So turn on some relaxing music, pour a mimosa (or two), and celebrate the amazing women in your life with a brunch almost as beautiful as they are.
