Aldersbridge Communities, a non-profit healthcare organization based in East Providence that operates affordable independent living, assisted living, and memory care communities for older adults throughout Rhode Island, is holding its annual “Adding Life to Years” Gala event on Thursday, December 5, 2024, beginning at 6:00 p.m.
Presented by Moss Home Solutions, the event will be held at the Crowne Plaza Hotel, located on 801 Greenwich Avenue in Warwick. Its purpose is to celebrate the mission of caring for the health and other living needs of older adults.
This year’s theme is “Cherishing Memories of the Heart.“
Festivities include a cocktail reception, a full-course dinner, a wine pull, raffles, and a silent auction. Funds from the gala will be used in part to support The Loft at Linn, a new affordable assisted living memory care community that Aldersbridge Communities recently opened in East Providence.
Mike Montecalvo, anchor at WPRI/Fox Providence, will serve as Honorary Chair for this year’s gala. T.J. Del Santo, meteorologist at WPRI/Fox Providence, will serve as emcee for the evening’s programming.
Aldersbridge Communities will also be honoring the outstanding contributions of Past President of the Board of Trustees Jason Preciphs, Esq., (who lives in Foster), and Associate Medical Director of Linn Health & Rehabilitation Jun O. Parks, MD, (from Princeton, Mass.), a geriatrician affiliated with Medicine & Long-Term Care Associates in Cranston.

Support from this gala allows us to continue our mission of caring for low- to moderate-income adults, who call our communities home.”
