Trust Networking is known as the “omelet” of networking: they are always coming up with new concepts and ways to teach networkers! The omelet reference comes from the fact that there are many similarities between us and many other networking organizations (every omelet has eggs and cheese!), but there are also many ways that they stand out.
Trust is launching a Networking MasterClass. It’s first-time event takes place on Friday, March 15th, from 7:30 AM until 12:00 Noon, at the Envision Hotel & Conference Center Mansfield-Foxboro, located on 31 Hampshire Street, Mansfield, MA.
This opportunity is designed for networkers of any level to “Unlock, Utilize, and Master” their Networking Toolbox.
As Stevie Samborsky, Director of Operations for Trust Networking, puts it:
“At Trust, our members love our weekly meeting formats because they offer them the freedom to take charge, giving each group its own identity. No two groups run alike. There are some similarities, but we encourage our members to make it their own. Our core team is always brainstorming ways to add value to the organization and make an impact on our networking community.”
They recently mapped out a way for their members to receive valuable information in a short amount of time, for a very low investment.
Trust Founder Dave Kantelis said that the benefits of this event will help both the novice networker and established ones, alike.
“When members join a networking group, they are purchasing a loaded toolbox. Once they’ve purchased it, it’s up to the member to use the tools and stay refreshed on them,” he said. “As an organization, it’s our job to be sure members know what tools are in the toolbox, and to provide ways for them to master those tools.”
He noted that the group has planned and organized numerous other events over the past year. However, Kantelis said that this particular event has the potential to elevate Trust Networking and their members to new heights.
“The MasterClass is not exclusive to Trust Networking members only; it is open to any member who is interested in attending. As a networking organization, this presents a unique opportunity for members from various organizations to unite with the shared objective of enhancing and reviving their networking skills,” he said.
They have a lineup of six exceptional speakers who will be discussing various networking topics.
Take a sneak peek at their agenda:
- Networking 101: This session will cover the fundamental principles of networking and how to establish a strong foundation for success.
- Setting Networking Goals: While most individuals have business goals, many overlook the importance of setting networking goals. In this session, they will explore the types of goals they should have, and the best practices for achieving them.
- Effective Presentations: Discover the different types of presentations you may encounter, and learn strategies for effectively delivering your message, within any time constraints.
- Maximizing Networker-to-Networker Meetings: These meetings are crucial for building relationships. They will discuss how to make the most of these interactions and optimize the time spent during these meetings.
- Give and Receive Opportunities: Uncover the essence of networking by understanding how to give and receive in the most effective ways. Learn proactive approaches that lead to better opportunities for both you and your networking partners.
- Sphere Building: Knowing where your opportunities come from is essential. This session will focus on identifying other networkers who cater to the same client base, and provide guidance on how to engage with them.
- Social Media Networking: Harness the power of social media as a sales’ tool. Their speaker, Stevie, will provide a comprehensive introduction to social media networking, and guide attendees on where to start and how to maximize its effectiveness.
“By attending the MasterClass, you’ll gain valuable insights and strategies to enhance your networking skills,” Samborsky strongly stated . “We are thrilled to see the enthusiasm from our members for this event, and we are excited to offer more events like this in the future.”
A valued sponsor, Datapay Payroll, shared, “As a member and founder of the Mansfield Business to Business group, Datapay payroll is very excited to be the breakfast sponsor for the MasterClass. As a leading local payroll provider, Datapay Payroll is excited to be part of the growth of Trust Networking, while focusing and supporting the local businesses throughout Southern New England.”
While it’s understandable that attendees may not retain every single piece of information from the MasterClass, they guarantee that the knowledge and insights gained will be well worth their time and investment. Their goal is to leave attendees inspired, and hungry for more networking opportunities.
They remain confident that this event will be a resounding success and look forward to creating a valuable experience for everyone involved!
