Since opening several years ago, Toyota of Smithfield has used its knowledge and experience to provide their customers with the best service. From the moment people enter, they are treated with the utmost care and respect. There is not the “hard sell” that often happens at other dealerships. Their ultimate goal is providing exceptional customer service in sales, parts, and maintenance.

General Manager John Durrani said everyone who visits will leave impressed with the dealership’s overall customer commitment.

“Our staff is trained to help and provide the best services possible,” he said. “We take immense pride in giving everyone the same level of care—regardless of their reasons for visiting. This is not lip service—employees want to be here and make every effort to ensure our customers enjoy their experience.”

Located on George Washington Highway (Rte. 116) on the Smithfield/Lincoln line, Toyota of Smithfield has been recognized with numerous awards and promotions during the past few months.

Among the Toyota of Smithfield employees who were promoted included: Erica Miller, who went from Service Advisor to Assistant Service Manager, Raphael Estrada, a former Sales Associate is now Business Manager, Nadine Lovelace recently became the new Customer Service Manager.

Durrani said the staff not only grew because of the hard work, but they also saw the additional need for help.

“We hired three new technicians and three new advisors to address the need to lower service wait times,” he said. “That is the number one complaint from customers in shops all across the country. This is a customer service team that dedicates itself to the Dealership’s Peace of Mind Purchase Process.”

Not only have they expanded their staff, Toyota of Smithfield also received numerous awards for their work. They earned the 2023 ASE Certified Mechanics as well as other certifications.

The dealership currently has new and certified, pre-owned vehicles available to own.

Regardless of what type of car or truck you are searching for, Toyota of Smithfield has the experience to make purchasing a car simple.

Durrani hopes anyone looking for their next vehicle should work with their award-winning Sales Department to discover dealer incentives.

“Anyone who trades in either their used or certified, pre-owned cars, will receive an additional $1,000 over its book value,” he said. “There won’t be a better time for anyone to trade in their cars. Your trade is worth more than it ever has before, and it’s worth more now than it’s ever going to be worth.”

For those who already possess either a car and/or truck, customers should visit their award-winning Service Department to keep their them running smoothly. Their highly-trained staff are adept at diagnosing the small problems before they become major problems.

With still lower-than-normal inventory, Durrani said they are searching all available used cars throughout Southern New England and beyond. He said there are various incentives designed to persuade anyone from trading in their older car for into a newer, more fuel- efficient and technically-savvy model.

“We are appealing to the public to come in with their used vehicles. Right now, we do not have available inventory to fulfill orders,” Durrani said.

The dealership asks anyone who has additional certified, pre-owned vehicles to consider trading it in to them. Toyota of Smithfield will provide 115% of the book value for any incoming used cars. It does not matter if customers decline to purchase a car from their lot.

“We will buy your trade-in, even if you decide not to purchase one from us,” he added.

The dealership holds a monthly private sale. This month’s event is scheduled for Friday, June 28, and Saturday, June 29, from 10:00 AM until 6:00 PM, by appointment only. Attendees will have access to their inventory. Managers will be there to answer questions and offer additional incentives.

The Dealership’s Peace of Mind Purchase Process means no hassles over pricing, trade-in values, cash back and rebate incentives offered up front and the best available leasing and financing terms up front. Durrani said this is just part of the all-around, customer-driven experience he implemented to ensure the process does not get bogged down in miscommunication.
