“I envision pictures and words sent to me by my spirit guides, transferring these sightings, with words that my clients can better understand to enhance their lives and the essence of this life.” Tarot cards are used in the concentrative method for the individual I’m working with, in turn, answering all of my clients’ questions, therefore; anything can be known through these readings.”
LA: You are a psychic counselor. Tell me when and how you knew you had this gift.
LJ: When I was five years old, I watched my sister cross to the other side. I watched her go to the heavens; she was in Jesus’s arms. She waved to me, with a smile. I was five and she was three. She told me several times that a man in a white dress was talking to her and he said that she was going to go home with him, and she wanted to go. She had a cerebral hemorrhage in her sleep. I woke up in the dusk and looked up, and saw her being taken away. I could see the back of his head and his body. That was my first encounter. Then my brother was going to get into a car with his friends and I stopped him. His friends got killed and he was safe because of my warning. He believed in what I did and didn’t get into the car. When I was 46, I had a heart attack that was stress related. The doctors told me that I was gone for four minutes. I shot through my third eye to the other side and I could see Jesus. He was facing the altar. I told Him I wanted to stay. He replied, “You cannot stay. You have to go now because your work is not finished.” I was angry for three days that he sent me back because I felt such peace when I was with Him. One time, I was at a wedding and my aunt, who was there, had on a broach. I asked her where she had gotten it and if it was from her mother. Then, I told her it wasn’t always a broach, but was once a ring. I was correct. I do see visions. I hear things that he wants me to say, so I say what I see. When I do readings over the phone, I listen to the questions and I turn the cards to answer, but he tells me what to tell the client, based on the cards and questions, and then he answers me. I actually hear the voices. I’m a mind control graduate and Edgar Cayce graduate. I was 27, when I went to training. They told me I had two guides. My man is from the ‘50s, but my woman is from the future. She was in a space capsule. Again, I can’t see their faces. Edgar Cayce taught me how to get deeper, to be able to not only touch the guides, but also, to hear them. When you take the final exam at the end of the course, which is three years of training, they give you a picture in a sealed envelope with cardboard on each side. You have to write an essay on what’s in the picture, and after you turn it into the trainer, he tells you if you’re right or wrong. He read mine out loud. I told him it was an elderly man with a long white beard, and had a sleigh with him, and was pulling it along in an Old Town village, like an antique-looking village. He was giving gifts to people, but I’m not sure if he wanted to help the people in the village. When the envelope was opened, it was a picture of Santa Claus. I go into a trance when I read people. I can’t remember what I’ve told them. My great grandmother had the gift as well. She used to read in Italy, but she would always have her hand on the Bible, instead of cards, when she read. It’s a gift. I’d say I’m more of a seer. I see more than I hear. We all have intuition. If we listen…our intuition is right all the time.
LA: What exactly is the Spirit Guide?
LJ: A Spirit Guide will help you and bring you to the places you need to be. When I’m reading someone, they will tell me, “You really need to say “this” to tell them.” Spirit Guides are angels that have passed over already, and they come back through different people because they are happy and comfortable coming through you. My two spirit guides will never come at the same time.
LA: You use tarot cards. Why did you choose this medium versus another?
LJ: I can use playing cards. I started with playing cards, with nothing on them. When I was eight years old, I used to sit in my room and my mother would ask me why I was talking to the cards about family and friends. I would write it all down and it would all happen. Then, I started with the tarot cards, and I have turned the cards to how I see them. I made them my set to talk to.
LA: Can you explain what a psychic counselor actually does?
LJ: A psychic counselor will see the issues that you’re having, and then, me and the client dissect them, and take the parts the client is talking about and then we provide counseling. I will see visions and counsel clients on what to do and how to handle the situation. I can pick up on illnesses, and I can tell clients to go to the doctors. I can have visions of a car accident and warn the person to be more cautious so it can be avoided. I help clients and counsel them.
LA: I know you have a full schedule of readings, being that you are, in my opinion, the most sought after psychic in the area. Have you ever had a reading that stood out or has had the most impact on you?
LJ: I had a man, who I didn’t know, come to me one day for a reading. I did his reading and at the end of the reading I said, “The only thing I’m going to say to you is that the guides told me they are not happy with you. When you were down South at some time in your life, you had a son, and when the mother called you and told you that this was your son, you denied it. He is your son.” He jumped off the chair and started crying. “I did deny it,” he said, and it’s a boy, and he lives in South Carolina. My spirit guides told me to tell you, “It’s never too late to contact him. Another, was a girl who came in for a reading and I told her she was going to lose people in her life…her family. Her husband, her brother, and her son went out on a boat on Father’s Day, and to this day, neither they, nor the boat have ever been found. My guides tell me that I am here for a reason, and my thing in this life now is to help other people. I want to make sure they are taking the right paths.
LA: I’m sure most people you read are believers in your gifts. How do you handle people who are openly skeptical of what you do?
LJ: I tell them not to waste their money if they are not going to believe me. They are paying me for answers, and if they don’t feel like I can help them, then don’t come in and waste your money. They have to be open. I have made non-believers into believers.
LA: I’ve been to a ton of your psychic parties, but I’ve only seen women. Do you have a lot of male clients, and how do their questions differ?
LJ: Yes, I have a lot of male clients and their questions differ. They come up with a lot of questions that women don’t ask a lot about. For instance, they are curious about divorce, but the most popular topics are career, money, and security. Love is at the bottom of the list
LA: What are some of the things people who are going to a psychic shouldn’t ask?
LJ: What the lottery numbers are. That’s the dumbest question they ask me, and a lot of people ask me this, and my answer is that if the guides gave me those numbers. I would play them, myself.
LA: What should people do to get the most out of a reading?
LJ: I think they should have a list of questions. This keeps me on the right track, and my guides are going to tell me everything about them. They can even bring an article of clothing and I can read that.
LA: What’s it like for you when you do a psychic reading; what do you see or hear or feel ?
LJ: The voices will talk to me when I put the cards out before the person even comes in the room. The guides will tell me about them, but I can’t talk to family members.
LA: I know you are a psychic for many famous acting celebrities. How did they reach out to you?
LJ: A certain famous actor celebrity, who bought a home in Rhode Island, saw my card at a real estate agent that I do readings for and he asked about me. That’s how I met him. Other actors come to me in other ways, but basically, they learn about me by word of mouth. I have clients from all over the world.
LA: Lastly, I heard you are writing a book. Tell me about this and what inspired you to do this?
LJ: I started writing a book because of my age. I’m almost 70. It’s all about the things I’ve seen. People need to know that to believe in this, to understand that this is all true, none of this is lies, none of this is fabricated. It’s all real. I’m as real as real can be, and I will always stick to my guns to be that way.
